Membership Offers Additional Benefits on

Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Health Plans

 

If you are a member of the Wytheville-Wythe-Bland Chamber of Commerce and you have between 2 and 99 employees - you are eligible to receive additional value added benefits from Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield for your employees and their families.

 

What does it cost?

You do not have to pay any additional premiums for these value-added benefits.  Once you sign up for Anthem health insurance (at the determined premium level) - and indicate you are a member of the Wytheville-Wythe-Bland Chamber of Commerce these value-added benefits will be included in your plan at no additional premium cost.

 

What do we get?

If your group offers Anthem’s KeyCare/ BlueCare copayment plan, members get Preventive Care and Routine Wellness at 100%.  This includes an annual check-up, an annual gynecological exam and pap test, and annual mammogram for members age 35 and over, an annual colorectal cancer screening, an annual prostate exam and prostate specific antigen (PSA) test for men 40 and over and up to $200 per calendar year for members age 7 and over for additional routine immunizations, labs and x-rays done in connection with annual check-ups. Members pay no copayment, no deductible and no coinsurance.  You also receive a Supplemental Accident Coverage covering 100% of the first $750 of allowable charges, and a Hearing Discount Program.

 

If your group offers Anthem’s BlueCare deductible plan, members get Preventive Care and Routine Wellness at 100%.  This includes an annual gynecological exam and pap test, and annual mammogram for members age 35 and over, an annual prostate exam and prostate specific antigen (PSA) test for men 40 and over. If your group offers Anthem’s HealthKeepers, Inc. (HMO)copayment plans, members get a $100 reduction to the per admission copayment for in-network hospital services, a Chiropractic benefit rider and a Hearing Discount program.
